PRODUCTS - GENERAL

Where do I purchase Reanex products?

If you are interested to buy our products, simply send an email to indicating the product model, quantity, and your address. We will get our Reseller near you to serve you. In cases where there are no reseller in your locality, we will then handle the purchase request directly.

Do the products come with warranty?

We cover 12 months warranty on manufacturing defects. In the event of hardware malfunction due to manufacturing defects within the 12 months period, we will ship the parts for replacement to you, the resellers. Therefore, we encourage you, as the resellers, to build the product technical capability so that you can handle the repair and parts replacement. However, for defects that cannot be easily repaired on your side, you are required to send the defective hardware back to our production facility for verifications. Please note that the freight charges to ship the defective hardware back to us is to be borne by you. However, we will undertake the repair and replacement costs, and the freight charges to ship the repaired hardware or replacement back to you. Nevertheless, if the defects are due to misused or that the warranty period has expired, you shall bear all charges. But we will inform you prior to commencing any repair or replacement work.

Rest assured that our manufacturing facility is ISO9001 certified by UKAS and that our products undergo stringent quality control.

Does Reanex provide technical support for the products?

Our resellers will provide the technical support and customer service. In cases where there are no resellers in your locality, we do email and phone support for overseas customers. For email technical support, please send request to , for phone support, kindly call (65) 67598995.

How do I become a Reanex reseller or channel partner?

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for resellers?

To be a reseller and qualify for the preferential reseller pricing, there is a minimum order quantity(MOQ) of 10 units per order. Waiver of this MOQ requirement is granted for a reseller's initial sample purchase.

Does Reanex grant exclusive distribution rights?

We will consider giving exclusive rights on a case by case basis upon evaluating a resellers performance records and subject to a more stringent set of requirements, which includes a higher MOQ on a monthly basis.

What are the benefits of being a Reanex reseller?

There are many benefits of being a Reanex reseller. Other than the preferred pricing of products, you can expect transfer of knowledge and know how, riding on Reanex global marketing efforts, usage of Reanex marketing collaterals, and the redirect of customers to you if the customers fall inside your locality.

How does Reanex protect the interests of a reseller?

Reanex treats our resellers as partners who helps service the end customers. We are of the belief that that the end customers are best-served by their local people, who are closer to them, understand them better and can respond to them faster. We rely on our reseller network to do the selling and service the customers, we will redirect all our customer request to our authorized reseller if the customer falls within our reseller's locality.

I am interested to put my own branding and labels on your products, is it possible?

Yes, this can be done under our OEM Program:

a. OEM program applies for AS-200 and AC-300 only at this moment. More hardware will be admitted to the OEM program product list in the future.

b. The pricing schedule remains unchanged except that there is a min order of 100 units. Discounted price for volume order applies.

c. The hardware will be snapped with buyer's company logo but packaging will be in OEM brown box without printing. Charges apply for colour printing if required based on market rate. This is a back-to-back cost from the box supplier without additional mark-up.

d. The software will have a different application skin with the look and feel of the buyer's company corporate colour and branding.

e. There will be a downpayment of USD5000, which can be used to offset subsequent order payments. i.e. after the initial downpayment of USD5000 and if the first shipment is 100 units of AS-200, buyer will pay (USD260 x 100 units) - USD5,000 = USD21,000

f. Our standard payment terms apply i.e. TT only.

g. Buyer needs to sign an OEM agreement for volume commitment and IP protection.

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for the products ordered?

Payment is via bank Telegrahic Transfer (TT) only.
Please note that bank charges for TT are to be borne by the resellers. Please instruct the bank accordingly. Reanex reserve the right to recover the shortfall in payments before making delivery of the goods ordered. To avoid delay in order fulfilment, kindly give the correct instructions to your bank that processes the TT.

How long does it take for me to receive the ordered goods?

Please note that for normal orders, the expected delivery lead time is 14 working days, counting from the day when Reanex receive the TT payments. For sample orders, do expect the delivery lead time to be up to 21 working days. This is due to longer time required to process loose units orders.

Can we self-collect the goods from Singapore?

Please note that all goods are shipped from our factory in China and not from Singapore. If there is a requirement to pick up the goods from Singapore, kindly instruct your Reanex account manager when placing the order. Any freight charges incurred will be borne by the reseller.
